The head of the innovative "Alaska" consists of five horizontal and six vertical blades that can rotate around the centre axis for better adaptation to the terrain. The head can be locked at a 45° angle, which optimises the impact on the ground and uses the applied energy more efficiently. The horizontal blades "smother" the fire, the vertically mounted blades can additionally be used for scraping, e.g. to expose pockets of embers.

The upper part of the telescopic handle is made of sturdy and light aluminium, the lower part of a flexible special plastic. The flexible part protects the user from the recoil when hitting the ground and in addition, the effectiveness can be significantly increased when lunging due to the "whip effect".

The Alaska can be easily carried around with the practical carrying strap.

The V2 is characterised by better balance and durability thanks to more robust materials. The function of the McLeod was given a larger working surface to increase the working performance. The use of the McLeod as a hoe is now more clearly demarcated. The working surface of the Pulaski hoe has also been improved in order to work more effectively. However, the balance has been particularly revised, making it easier to switch between the different functions. The angle of the Pulaski has been adjusted for rocky terrain. The material of the rake has been further hardened. The handle is now made of stronger material and its ergonomics have been adapted to the latest US Forest Service standards.
