Especially for applications of the highest precision. The ideal solution for the soldering and desoldering of micro components such as 0201, 0402, 01005 chips.
The station is equipped with the new Temperature Dynamic Profiles function. The use of these profiles allows you to control the temperature of the component during all phases of the soldering process and to mimic the heating process in a reflow oven.
The Nano soldering station can be operated simultaneously with two Nano NT115 handpieces. The short distance from tip to handle provides maximum control even when used under a microscope.
