PU assembly foam 2K Turbo E-COLL
- Building material class B2 DIN 4102 Part 1
- Two-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use polyurethane foam
- Adheres to all building materials, except PE/PP, Teflon®, silicone, greases, mold release agents etc.
- Rapid curing of the fresh foam is achieved by specific chemical reaction between hardener and isocyanate components without addition of water or humidity, uniformly and simultaneously throughout the entire foam quantity applied
- Tack-free: after approx. 8 minutes
- Cuttable: after approx. 20 minutes
- Can be de-sprayed: after 1/2 hour
- Fully loadable: after approx. 3 hours (at +20 °C and 65 % R.H.)
- Foam yield: 1 liter yields approx. 20 liters
- Resistant to water, heat and cold (-40 °C to +100 °C), but not resistant to UV radiation
- Prices incl. P.D.R. fees
- Push-button can
- Changeover 2K release system, now with wing activation
