Stainless steel does not corrode. Normal, galvanized telescopic tubes cannot be pulled out easily after a short time if they are not cleaned properly. This cannot happen with our stainless steel tripod - not even after many years. In addition, we have provided the mechanism of the tripod with an air-suspension. This means that the tripod retracts gently after loosening the thumb screws, even if a headlamp container with two headlamps is mounted. The danger of damage or even injuries when retracting the tripod is thus eliminated. The tripod can be additionally secured with the bracing set included in the scope of delivery to further increase stability.

Efficiency redefined - like the primeval Veloce-raptors, the floodlights of the RAPTOR RP LED SERIES belong to the most efficient of their species. Designed to replace energy intensive traditional halogen floodlights, our entire engineering art went into this series. The SETO Xpect lens system collects the produced LED light and produces the perfect illumination of the place of action via a multitude of specially calculated single lenses. The created beam characteristic is not only a recreation of a common halogen light, but it was optimised considerably. The result speaks for itself: A continuously steady illumination of the surrounding area.An LED floodlight of the RAPTOR SERIES consumes less than a sixth of the energy of comparable halogen floodlight at up to 40% of higher light quantity at the same time. The floodlights are available with a 60 watt (RP500 LED), 160 watt (RP1000 LED) or 185 watt (RP1500 LED) power output. On request, the Aldebaran RP1000 LED is also available as a 24V version for immediate usage on the electrical system of emergency vehicles.

These LED floodlights offer state-of-the-art lighting technology at an unbeatable price. The LED light source has an average service life of over 8,000 operating hours and is not sensitive to vibration. The LED floodlights can also be operated on small generators without any problems. The large beam angle of approx. 150º enables good surface illumination with very good colour rendering. Thanks to the generously proportioned heat sink, the spotlights heat up only slightly even during long periods of use, which has a positive effect on the light emission of the LED. After use, the spotlights can be loaded again immediately without cooling down. The mounting sleeve according to DIN 14640 allows universal mounting on all standard pins. This version is specially designed for use in our spotlight container and is therefore equipped with a connection cable only 40 cm long.

No operation without the right light - efficiency and universal usability were the basic concepts for the consequent further development of the popular ALDEBARAN® RAPTOR PRO RP LED SERIES. Additionally to the high luminous efficiency and the emitting characteristic recreated after the classic halogen floodlights, the Professional versions have several additional features.Wether it is bolt reception for quick and tool-less mast mounting or the foldable standing foot for the spontaneous installation on the floor. With the RAPTOR PRO RP LED SERIES, there will be no operation without the right light. The professional use of the the PRO SERIES is complemented with handle and also integrated cable rewind.
