There is no way around it - our horses are permanent eaters. Unfortunately, this is often a problem in boarding stables, where horses do not have 24 hours of hay available, as nature actually intended.

A remedy is our Dönges Hay Bag, as it can be filled itself and hung in the box.

A fantastic product for horses and other hoofed animals to reduce hay waste and dust pollution.

Our Dönges Hay Bag prevents injuries to the horse's mouth with its smooth material surface and 16 holes. The material has been reinforced by us, so that a high tear resistance is guaranteed. The hole outlets are robust and protected from fraying. Thus, it combines many advantages in one product:

Slow and species-appropriate eating of horses is promoted, hay wastage and dust pollution is reduced. The feed loss is about 15%.

We have taken care with the diameter of the holes of 8 cm that they are not too small. 4 holes are located at the bottom of the bag, the other 12 holes are located on the side. This prevents the frustration that the horses get too little hay out. Nevertheless, a slow and intestine-friendly roughage intake is guaranteed.
