    In combination with the FIRE-EX surfacant cartridge, the FIRE-EX 1000 surfacant cartridge allows wetting agent to be produced independently of the flow rate.
    The FIRE-EX 1000 surfacant cartridge is coupled into the hose line for this purpose, and the surfacantis added by water flowing around the wetting agent cartridge. This admixture reduces
    the surface tension of the water, which facilitates the penetration of the extinguishing water into the fire and thus increases the extinguishing effect. The result is a higher efficiency of the available extinguishing water quantity.
