    Due to their wide range of applications in fire classes A, B and C, powder extinguishers are the all-rounders among fire extinguishers.

    The sudden extinguishing effect of ABC powder is based on two extinguishing effects:
    On the one hand, extinguishing powder has an anti-catalytic extinguishing effect. In this way the oxygen radicals
    required for combustion are bound in the air by powder and the fire goes out.
    In addition, the extinguishing powder melts on the hot fire material and forms a so-called sinter layer. The oxygen supply is hindered and the fire is smothered as well.
