Flux P880 is a halogen-free flux for the soldering of printed circuits with components. It has been specially developed for use in solder assembly, SMT and fine pitch technology. It is resin-free and therefore particularly capable of producing residue-free printed circuit board surfaces. Due to the specially designed activator and solvent system,
the practically error-free soldering of memory components such as QFP's is possible.
