The MINIOVEN is a compact and robust benchtop device that has been specially developed for reballing BGA components and prebumping QFN chips. The device is used in the development area as well as in production. The efficient hybrid heating technology heats electronic components evenly from all sides and thus guarantees reproducible reballing
results. With the intuitive menu navigation, up to 25 heating profiles can be created, managed and stored. For the first time, an additional, external temperature sensor is used to ensure the highest possible reliability when automatically learning the reballing profiles. With its help, the optimum profile parameters for reaching the specified
component temperature are determined.

The EASYBEAM PC software allows reballing profiles to be edited conveniently and the temperature development to be displayed.

In addition to reballing BGA components, component fixtures and fixtures for pre-balloting QFN components are available. The device has a connection for process gas. Thus,
reflow processes can be easily switched to atmosphere under nitrogen.
