The Ersa Rework Heating Plate IRHP 200 provides all users with a compact and ergonomic unit for preheating all SMD components as well as assemblies and substrates. It can also be used for reflow soldering of SMD boards assembled on one side and for reballing of BGA components.

The IRHP 200 enables gentle preheating of assemblies due to the
uniform heat output of the IR emitters and is particularly suitable for lead-free applications. The separate control station can be ergonomically positioned separately from the heating plate at the workstation.
