BRUNOX® epoxy patented rust stopper and primer with epoxy resins
Rust restoration in 3 steps:
1. Grind/brush off loose rust. Wipe/blow away rust dust/rust particles with a water damp cloth/compressor, DO NOT use SILICONE REMOVER, BRAKE CLEANER or THINNER for this and other steps.

2. Apply BRUNOX® epoxy - spray 3-4
times. Check BRUNOX® epoxy for complete drying (FINGER NAIL HARD) - no washing off required

3. Dry sand BRUNOX® epoxy coat, remove gloss only. Apply putties, 1-K filler or directly the final coat.

- No wash-off
- Can be stored without restriction in the coating container
- Very good flow, leaves no brush marks
- Contains no
heavy metals and no mineral acids
- Largely compatible with most commercially available deck systems
- Can also be applied undiluted with airless or with compressed air guns of any type
- Penetrates approx. 7-10 times deeper into the rust pores than conventional rust converter emulsions.
